Don't worry if you don't have bar mix - it isn't neccessary :)

:: Sex on the Beach ::

1.5 shots vodka
1/2 shot peach schnapps
2 shots cranberry juice
2 shots orange of pineapple juice

Pour schnapps and vodka over ice in a highball or hurricane glass. Add fruit juices. Garnish with a stirrer, straws, orange wheel & cherry.

Feel free to up the content of the peach schnapps if you like it a bit more fruity or blend it with ice for a summer slushy

:: Mojito ::

10-12 fresh mint leave
1/2 lime cut into chunks
2 tblsp Sugar (or sugar syrup)
1.5 shots rum
soda water
ice

Place mint leaves, sugar and lime chunks in a large glass. Using a muddle stick, muddle ingrdients to release oils and juices from lime and mint. Fill glass with ice. Add soda water. Mix well. Decorate with lime wheel and fresh mint.

For awesome mojito variations use flavoured rums from the bacardi range insitead of plain rum.

:: Tequila Sunrise ::

2 shots tequila
orange juice
2 dashes grenadine

Pour tequila and orange juice over ice in a highball glass. Add grenadine down side of glass. Decorate with straws, orange slice & cherry.

Don't be 2 fussy with when u poor the grenadine and how. Sunsets aren't perfect so trying to get it "right" in a glass wont be either

:: Hypnotiq Martini ::

1.5 shot Hypnotiq
1 shot Malibu
2 shots Pineapple Juice

Shake in a cocktail shaker full of ice. Strain into your favourite chilled glass. Get creative with your garnish & rim the glass with dessicated coconut and decorate with a pineapple wedge

For something a lil different substitue the Malibu for half a shot of Midori & half a shot of Apple Pucker!!!!

:: Apple Martini ::

1 shot vodka
1.5 shots Apple Pucker
2 shots apple juice

Shake in a cocktail shaker full of ice. Strain into your favourite chilled glass. Decorate with an Apple wedge or drop in a cherry on a toothpick :) If u have a sweet tooth u can rim the glass with sugar

This is a smoother apple martini, if u like ur's with a bit more kick make it with 2 shots apple pucker and 1 shot apple juice

:: Chic Cosmo ::

2 Shots Citrus vodka
1/2 Shot Triple Sec
1 shot cranberry juice
1 lime wedge

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice. Squeeze lime wedge then drop lime into shaker. Shake it baby! Strain into your favourite chilled glass. Garnish how ever the hell you want to hehe :) or be boring & add a lemon or lime twist.

For a more classic cosmo subtitute flavoured vodka for Plain vodka and add only 1/2 shot of cranberry juice
